Hello CAUCUS community!

Our virtual conference - CAUCUS Live! - will quickly be upon us and we’re more than a little excited about the event.

(ICN has been quietly working behind the scenes to gather some of the best and brightest minds in the virtual conference space to make this event something truly special!)

One of the things we’re most excited about is our interactive roundtable discussions. During these sessions, event attendees will be able to break out into small groups and talk through issues that are relevant and meaningful to them.

(At its core, CAUCUS is about peer-to-peer interaction and these roundtables are going to be an incredible way of making that happen virtually!)

The first set of roundtables will be on Tuesday, November 17th at 3:30 PM EDT and will feature the following topical areas:

- sourcing
- contract management
- vendor management
- leadership

Our hope is that by allowing attendees to share the challenges and opportunities they’re facing in their role with others who are doing the exact same function in their organization will create an opportunity to get the absolute most out of the event!

The second set of roundtables will be on Wednesday, November 18th @ 3:30 PM EDT and will breakout based upon organization size/type:

- Fortune 50
- Fortune 100
- Fortune 1000
- Government/Academia

We recognize that the issues a Fortune 50 company is facing in their procurement organization might differ from those in a non-profit of highly regulated space like government. To that end, we’re hoping these roundtables create an opportunity to learn from others who are literally “standing in your shoes”

But we need your help to make this happen.

In order to make the sessions as interactive as possible, we're asking for members of the CAUCUS community to lead facilitation at each of these roundtables.

All materials would be provided. Volunteers would simply need to be at the event and be present at the roundtable.

If you're interested in volunteering, please reply back to this thread or send an email to [email protected]

Thanks in advance for your help!

Keep doing better deals!
