Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the sourcing and supplier management process for consulting services, contingent and offshore labor spend categories which entails developing, issuing and evaluating RFx events, contract negotiations, spend analytics, e-sourcing and supplier management. Qualified candidates must have the ability, skill and relevant experience to negotiate contracts and product or service agreements. This position requires understanding of the sourcing, transaction procurement, and supplier management process, strong leadership ability and the communication skills to influence various business units at all levels of management. This position will also support a number of strategic initiatives including consulting and contingent/contract labor sourcing and governance.
