The Caucus Lunch & Learn Series is a program of periodic online seminars designed to provide attendees with timely and relevant information to improve their skills.

We are seeking dynamic CAUCUS members interested in creating extremely-focused live presentations between 30 and 45 minutes in length followed by approximately fifteen minutes of questions and answers.  The presentations should provide attendees with information, processes, tools or other "takeaways" to improve their skill set or increase their knowledge base.

Sample topics might include:

• Writing better, more effective SLA's
• Important Telecom Ts & Cs
• SLA negotiation strategies
• Negotiating with [vendor's name here]
• Cloud Computing
• Virtualization
• Anything SaaS related
